Beijing: China, which is continuously increasing its strength in space, is going to achieve another success in the space world. China, which is setting up its own space station, is now going to launch the Shenzhou-15 spacecraft, which will help in completing the last phase of the space station. According to a report by news agency Reuters, on November 29, at 11:08 pm, China will launch Shenzhou-15 for its space station, carrying three astronauts. The agency said that Fei Junlong, Deng Qingming and Zhang Lu will board the spacecraft and go to the space station.
Let us tell you that recently China’s last lab module ‘Mengshan’ had reached its under-construction space station. It is part of China’s more than a decade-old effort to maintain its presence in space amid growing competition with the US. Mengshan was launched from the Wenchang Satellite Launch Center on the southern island province of Hainan. It was expected to take 13 hours to reach the space station.

Mengshan or ‘Celestian Dreams’ is the second lab module for Tiangong, China’s under-construction space station. Both are connected to the Tianhe core module where the astronauts live and work. Mengshan was launched through the Long March-5B, which is included in China’s largest rocket.

According to the China Space Agency, there are currently two male and one female astronauts in Tiangong. Chen Dong, Kai Shuzhe and Liu Yang arrived at the space station in early June on a six-month mission. They will complete station construction, spacewalks and additional experiments. Mengshan’s weight is about 23 tons, height is 58.7 feet and thickness is 13.8 feet.
