Mumbai: The censor board is not ready to make any adjustments to Akshay Kumar’s film ‘OMG 2’. After a lot of heel-handling, the censor has given the film an A certificate, due to which its makers are very angry. The film is scheduled to release on August 11, but the film is still stuck in the rounds of the Censor Board of Film Certification.

‘Oh My God 2’ was refused a certificate by the Examining Committee of the Censor Board of Film Certification and the film was sent to the revising committee for a second look. After this, the board suggested the makers remove many dialogues and scenes. Even after all the changes suggested by CBFC, the proposed A certificate for the film is not acceptable to the makers of the film. It is reported that the makers may soon file a review petition against it.

Akshay Kumar is seen in the role of Lord Shiva in OMG 2. If his dialogues hurt religious sentiments, it could lead to a new row. In view of this, the board is taking extra precautions.

Let us tell you that OMG 2 is the sequel of this film which came in the year 2012. While the story of the first film was based on the atheist Kanji Lal Mehta, OMG 2 is woven around the believer Kanti Sharan Mudgal. It is shown in the teaser that God never differentiates between his devotees. The teaser of the film looks really amazing and the performances of both the actors were also impressive. The teaser of OMG 2 created a sensation as soon as it was released. The film is about to hit the theaters on August 11.
