New Delhi: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is on his two-day visit to India. Johnson along with Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel visited the new JCB tractor factory at JIDC Panchmahal in Halol, Ahmedabad. We look forward to completing another free trade agreement with India by autumn, by the end of this year, he said.

He said that it is the right thing to do considering a large part of the world economy. Both India and the UK are concerned about the ongoing tensions around the world. We are both democracies and we want to be together.

Boris Johnson also met Gautam Adani
British PM Boris Johnson meets Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani in Ahmedabad. The meeting took place at the global headquarters of the Adani Group in Shantigram on the outskirts of Ahmedabad city.
Adani later tweeted, “Had the honor of hosting the visiting UK PM Johnson at Adani Headquarters in Gujarat. Delighted to support the climate and sustainability agenda with renewable energy, green hydrogen, and new energy. Will also work with UK companies to co-create defense and aerospace technologies.

He left the companions behind and went straight to the driver’s seat. He tried to start the bulldozer and also looked at its interior.
