New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki has started booking for the next-gen Ertiga MPV on Thursday. The company can soon launch it in a new avatar. Customers can pre-book the facelift model for a token amount of Rs 11,000. The new Ertiga is expected to get several design updates on the outside as well as the cabin, which is expected to get a bigger infotainment screen and better seats.
Talking about the engine of the 2022 Ertiga, it is expected to get the next-gen K-series 1.5-litre dual jet, dual VVT engine with Progressive Smart Hybrid Technology. Apart from this, an advanced 6-speed automatic gearbox will be updated in the car along with transmission duty paddle shifters. The best part is that the new Ertica S-CNG will now be available in the ZXI variant as well.
Will be equipped with advanced technology
The new model will get a new design and better fuel efficiency as well as many advanced features including new age technology. On the other hand, one can expect changes in the front grille design, minor styling changes on the head light and tail light design and a refreshed design for the alloys.

Talking about the interiors of the new Ertiga, it will get advanced connected car technology such as Suzuki Connect and 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system.
