According to this, after the health workers and the personnel working on the front, priority will be given to those above 50 years of age and those under 50 years of age who are already suffering from other diseases, which is about 27 crores.
The government said, “The national regulator has given emergency use clearance or fast approval to two vaccines (Covshield and covaxine) that have been found to be able to provide protection and immunity.” According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, there are currently 2,24,190 patients undergoing Coronavirus infection in the country, which is 2.16% of the total cases reported so far. So far more than 1.5 lakh people have lost their lives due to this deadly virus.
According to the information given by Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, “Corona vaccination process has been started by the Central Government. The Corona vaccine will be available to the general public from 16 January. The special thing is that India developed the corona vaccine within one year after the outbreak of coronavirus. Therefore, this vaccine would first be applied to corona warriors such as doctors, nurses, health workers, and soldiers. “
In the second phase, the corona vaccine will be given to people over 50 years of age or to patients under 50 years of age. The Union Health Ministry said that corona vaccination program will be started across the country in the next ten days.
