Houston: Tropical Cyclone ‘Beta’ in the US moved towards the coasts of Texas and Louisiana on Sunday with strong winds in this part of the country already hit by storms More rain and destruction are expected.
The National Weather Service said Sunday that parts of Texas and Louisiana could receive up to 51 centimeters of rain during the next few days. The National Hurricane Center said the beta gained momentum on Sunday afternoon and would hit Texas Central or the Upper Gulf Coast by late Monday.
