The pre-registration of Battlegrounds Mobile India has started on Google Play Store, this game can be launched in India in the third week of June. A new teaser of Battleground Mobile India has surfaced in which PUBG’s UAZ Jeep and Erangel Map have been mentioned. This 15-second video has been shared on the game’s official YouTube channel, which recently crossed 4 million subscribers. Battleground Mobile India is the Indian version of PUBG Mobile which was banned in September last year due to its association with Chinese company Tencent.
This time Battleground Mobile India is being released by South Korean developer Krafton. PUBG Mobile popularized the battle royale genre for mobile gamers and also introduced the highly popular Erangel map. This large map includes various locations and gameplay opportunities.
To traverse this large map, there are many vehicles that can be found randomly in the game. One of these vehicles is the UAZ Jeep. It can seat up to four players at a time, which means a squad can use a UAZ to traverse the map quickly.

Along with the UAZ, the Erangel map has now been shown in the teaser of Battleground Mobile India. Interestingly, the teaser mentions the name of the map as ‘Erangel’ and not ‘Erangle’ which was expected to be a new name from the previous teaser, which featured a postcard with ‘Erangle’.
Crafton still hasn’t shared the release date for Battleground Mobile India, but there is speculation that the game might launch in the country on June 18. The game will be released on this date exactly one month after the pre-registration on the Google Play store. However, the developer hasn’t shared the official release date yet, so fans will have to wait.
Battleground Mobile India has essentially the same gameplay as PUBG Mobile. PUBG Mobile was banned in India along with 117 other apps in September last year. Considering how popular the battle royale genre is in the country, ever since its developer Krafton has been struggling to relaunch it in India.
