Ayodhya: The Deepotsav program will be celebrated on 23 October in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present in this grand Deepotsav program. This will be PM’s second visit to Ayodhya after Bhoomi Pujan of the Ram temple. Earlier today laser lighting was done in Ayodhya and aarti was also done at Saryu Ghat.
In this Deepotsav program in Ram Nagari Ayodhya, PM Modi is going to come on 23 October. This will be the Prime Minister’s second visit to Ayodhya after the foundation stone of the Ram temple and Bhoomi Pujan. According to his schedule, this time PM Modi is going to stay in Ayodhya for about 3 hours. Before the PM’s visit, on Thursday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had reached Ayodhya to take stock of the preparations for the program. He inspected all the venues to be held on 23 October and also held a long meeting with the officials.
The target of lighting about 18 lakh lamps
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in the aarti at Saryu Ghat and will be in the coronation. They will also go there where the grand temple of Shri Ram is under construction. Lord Ram will be seen descending from the helicopter. At the same time, this time around 18 lakh lamps are targeted to be lit in Ayodhya, its number may also increase. Artists from 10 countries and 9 provinces will come on this occasion.
22 thousand volunteers will light the lamp
Ayodhya DM Nitish Kumar said that, as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, this Deepotsav should be made grand and inclusive. This time there will be 12 light and sound shows at the international level. Different Ramlila will be staged at seven places. The staging will take place from 22 to 24 October. Artists are coming from different countries and states. Ayodhya’s Deepotsav is becoming of international importance. About 22,000 children from universities and colleges will volunteer in this program who will light the lamp.
