Wellington (New Zealand): People will no longer have to live in Isolation to travel between Australia and New Zealand. Australia and New Zealand have decided to approve the travel bubble. This means that some countries in which the infection has been controlled open the borders to each other without the need for segregation, but keep the borders closed with other countries.
The agreement between the two countries on the travel ‘bubble’ has brought relief to those who are living separately from their families due to the corona virus global epidemic. After months of negotiations between Australia and New Zealand, an agreement has been reached to end the compulsory habitat. On this occasion, a large welcome sign has been erected near the main runway of Wellington International Airport.

Air New Zealand’s Chief Operating Officer Carrie Hurrihanganui said her company had previously operated only two or three flights between the two countries, but would operate 30 flights on Monday, with 5,200 people from both countries traveling. Australian Prime Minister Scott Marison said on the occasion, “This decision will be beneficial for both Australia and New Zealand, which will help our economy as well as ensure the safety of our people.” New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern also welcomed the travel bubble, saying her country welcomes newcomers.
