This attack occurred when Tikait was going to Bansur after addressing a gathering at Harsaura in Alwar. Meanwhile, in Tartarpur, the mob started throwing stones at the convoy of Tikait. The glass of Tikait’s car broke in the stone. During this time, anti-social elements also threw ink on Tikait. At the same time, four people, including the student union president of Matsya University in Alwar, Kuldeep Yadav, have been detained by the police.

The BJP has been blamed for this attack on Rakesh Tikait from the platform of the farmers’ movement. Farmer leaders reacted to this attack from the platform of the Kisan Sabha of Bansur and said that we will answer the brick with stone. After the attack, the farmers blocked the road and started demanding action. Farmer leaders accused the BJP of this attack and said that in Rajasthan also, the condition of BJP will be similar to that of Haryana and Punjab.
