New Delhi: The issue of the Uniform Civil Code has heated up politics all over the country. Suggestions have been sought from the Law Commission regarding this. Meanwhile, the All India Muslim Personal Law Board on Wednesday (July 5) sent an objection document to the Law Commission against the UCC. In this document, on behalf of the Muslim Personal Law Board, it has been said that the documents of the Law Commission are not clear, in which answers have been sought in yes or no.
Muslim Personal Law Board said politics is being done regarding this (UCC). Media propaganda is being run. Suggestions are being sought without any blueprint. In Islam people are bound by Islamic laws, there can be no debate in any way.
AIMPLB also said, Muslim personal laws are taken directly from Quran and Sunnah and are linked to their identity. The Muslims of India are not ready to lose their identity. Various types of personal laws in the country are according to Articles 25, 26, and 29 of the Constitution.

The Board said, in the Constituent Assembly also, the Muslim community strongly opposed the Uniform Civil Code. The constitution of this country itself is not uniform. Even the Civil Code of Goa has diversity. The Hindu Marriage Act also does not apply equally to all Hindus.
