
New Delhi: The Hong Kong government has suspended Air India flights from Delhi till December 3 after some passengers on an Air India flight arrived in Hong Kong this week and were found to be infected with the coronavirus. A senior government official gave this information on Friday.
The Hong Kong government has banned Air India flights from India for the fifth time due to the arrival of infected passengers. Passengers from India can reach Hong Kong only with the negative report of the Covid-19 investigation conducted 72 hours before the trip. The government had issued rules in this regard in July.

In addition, all international passengers have to check the Covid-19 after landing at Hong Kong Airport. Earlier, the airline’s Delhi-Hong Kong flight was banned from August 18 to August 31, September 20 to October 3, October 17 to October 30 and Mumbai-Hong Kong flight from October 28 to November 10.
