
Washington: A top US businessman and former CEO of Cisco has announced a donation of US 10 1 million for the goal of sending one lakh oxygen units to India. John Chambers is the chairman of the US India Strategic and Partnership Forum (USISPF), an India-focused business advisory group in the United States.

This is the largest private donation ever made by an industrialist for the Covid-19 relief effort in India. Chambers tweeted, “I am personally paying US 10 1 million for the goal of sending one lakh units of oxygen to India.” He also requested donations from other people.
