
Oregon: Amid reports of the disappearance of several people from the West Coast fires in southern Oregon in the US, officials said that due to wildfires over the weekend, from California to Washington. At least 35 people have been confirmed dead. Officials said last week that about 50 people could go missing due to a forest fire in the Ashland area.

But the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office reported late Saturday that four people had died in the fire and that the number of people missing was now low. At least 10 people have died in Oregon within the past week. Officials said that many people are missing and the death toll may increase. At the same time, 24 people have died in California and one person in Washington. Democratic governors of all these three states have attributed climate change to this fierce fire.
