Lahore: In Pakistan’s Punjab province, 29 people died as a minibus collided with a train on Friday. Most of the dead were Sikh devotees. Officials said the Shah Hussain Express going from Karachi to Lahore hit a minibus at an unmanned crossing at Farrukabad at half-past two in the afternoon. Sikh devotees were boarding the bus. Where this incident happened is about 60 km from Lahore. Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) spokesperson Aamir Hashmi said at least 29 people died in the accident. Most of these Pakistanis were Sikhs.
