London: Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II will be cremated on Monday. The eyes of the whole world are on the funeral of the Queen who breathed her last in 96 years. Queen Elizabeth ruled for eight decades and died on 8 September this month. His funeral will be attended by global leaders like India’s President Draupadi Murmu and US President Joe Biden. VIP guests have started reaching London for this event.

The event, to be held at Westminster Abbey in London, will see 2,000 guests, while the St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle will see 800 guests. Here he will be buried. The general public will also be able to have a last glimpse of Queen Elizabeth here. His last journey will be taken from Westminster Abbey to Windsor Castle. Thousands of people will stand in queues to pay their respects. Apart from this, people will be able to see the funeral of the Queen through various mediums and media channels. Queen Elizabeth will be buried in the King George V Memorial Chapel next to her husband, Prince Philip. During his funeral, the whole of Britain was converted into a cantonment. 5000 soldiers of the army will be stationed everywhere. These include 4416 Army personnel, 847 Navy, and 686 Air Force personnel. Apart from this, 175 armed personnel of Commonwealth countries will also be stationed here. 1650 jawans will accompany Coffin during the last journey. Apart from this, one thousand jawans will be standing peacefully on the road. At the same time, 410 soldiers of the army will be on the last journey.

Chances of the gathering of 10 lakh people
Here the Transport Authority of London says that there is a possibility of 1 million people gathering at the funeral program of Queen Elizabeth II on Monday. Andy Byford, the head of Transport for London, said on Sunday that the number of additional passengers in London has increased significantly since the Queen’s death on 8 September. He said the demand for transport is likely to reach higher levels on Monday.

Rail network head Peter Hendy said about 250 additional trains would be operated across the country. “Since the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, on Monday, the largest number of people will resort to transport modes,” he said.

More than 100 flights to and from Heathrow Airport have been canceled to avoid noise during Monday morning’s funeral at Westminster Abbey. The airport has said that about 15 percent of its 1,200 flights will be affected on Monday due to the funeral program.
