Chief Secretary Labor issued instructions
UP’s Additional Chief Secretary Labor has written a letter to all the District Magistrates and Commissioners in this regard. It has been said in the order that this order will also be applicable to the employees of the establishments closed by the government. They will also be given salary and leave on being Covid-19 positive. For this, a medical certificate will have to be given to all employees.
Corona negative report to be submitted
The government order said that all the employees who have got corona infection and are kept in isolation, should be given 28 days’ salary and leave on behalf of their employers. The government has also placed a condition for this. According to this, such workers will have to submit a report to be corona negative to get the benefit of salary and leave. These employees will report to the competent officer in their office to be corona negative, after which they will get the benefit of this facility.

This instruction will also apply to a temporarily closed institution
The new order of the Yogi government will also benefit those employees, whose institutions or establishments have been closed. It has been said in the order that the shops, commercial establishments, and factories that have been temporarily closed by the order of the state government or the District Magistrate, will also have to pay the benefit of leave and leave for the period of detention. Along with this order, the government has also directed to protect from Corona. Under this, such shops, establishments, and factories, where 10 or more laborers work, will have to follow the guidelines issued by the central or state government for the prevention of the Covid epidemic.
