The bench said, “Even if someone defeats the infection of Covid-19, it breaks financially because of its expensive treatment.” Therefore, the state government and local administration should make maximum provisions or set a maximum limit for the fees charged by private hospitals. This can be done with the rights received under the Disaster Management Act. ‘

The court said, “Every person in the world suffers from this unexpected level of epidemic in some way. It is a world war against Covid-19. Therefore, to avoid world war against Covid-19, the government and the people have to be partnered. ‘


The bench also referred to the situation of first-line health workers, including doctors and nurses, who have been fighting the Covid-19 epidemic for the past eight months, and said that they are physically and mentally exhausted due to continuous work and they are also in the middle. There is a need to find a way to relax in between.
