New Delhi: More congested establishments have been shut down in the country’s capital, Delhi, following the lockdown imposed for the prevention of coronavirus infection. Since that time, hotels, gyms, weekly markets, etc. have been closed. But, now it can be decided on Tuesday on reopening it. According to the information, a decision can be taken in this meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).
DDMA is going to meet under the chairmanship of Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. CM Arvind Kejriwal can also participate in this important meeting. Apart from this, Health Minister Satyendra Jain and AIIMS Director Dr. Randeep Guleria will also participate in it. Earlier, the Kejriwal government had approached LG Anil Baijal with a proposal to open the hotel and gym, which they did not approve. Now a meeting is going to be held under the chairmanship of LG on this issue.
Likely to discuss these things
The meeting to be chaired by Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal is likely to discuss the reopening of several business establishments that were closed during the lockdown. Especially the issue of reopening of gyms, hotels, yoga institutes, weekly markets etc. in the country’s capital will be discussed. Please tell that the Kejriwal government has sent another proposal to LG in this regard. It clearly states that in the Unlock Guideline issued by the Central Government, the government has the right to decide what should be opened and closed. If it is agreed to open these establishments, then they can be reopened after about 6 months.
Steps were taken to prevent corona infection
Let us tell you that for the first time in March, lockdown was announced in the entire country to prevent the increasing infection of Corona virus. During this time, more crowded places were closed so as to prevent the spread of fatal infections. After that, it was gradually relaxed, so that business activities could resume.
