New Delhi: A major incident has been carried out in Delhi. Former Union Minister in the capital, late PR. Kitty Kumaramangalam, wife of Kumaramangalam (PR Kumaramangalam) has been murdered by entering his house. Kitty Kumaramangalam was living in the Vasant Vihar area of Delhi. According to police sources, the police have detained a suspect in this case, who is being questioned. The police suspect the involvement of more than two accused in the murder. Police have started searching for two other people.
It is being told that 67-year-old Kitty Kumaramangalam was murdered by miscreants who had entered the house with the intention of looting. She was on the second floor of her house in Vasant Vihar when the accused killed her. Kitty’s husband P Rangarajan Kumaramangalam had been a minister in the Atal Bihari government of the country. He died of cancer.
The incident is said to have happened around 9 pm last night. According to a report, the housemaid told the police that, when the washerman came around 9 pm on Tuesday night, he opened the door, then the washerman dragged him to the next room and tied him up. Then two more boys entered and they killed Kitty. Police say that they got the information at 11 pm when the maid opened herself somehow and raised an alarm. After getting information from the maid, the police have taken the washerman into custody in the night itself, which is being questioned.
