Shooting of James Cameron’s ‘Avatar 2’ completed, filming of ‘Avatar 3’ is also almost complete

Los Angeles: Legendary filmmaker James Cameron stated that the shooting of his much-awaited film “Avatar 2” is over while filming the third film of the series is almost complete. According to Entertainment Tonight, Cameron shared information on the next blockbuster of the 2009 blockbuster film ‘Avatar’ during an online interview with Arnold Schwarzenegger before the 2020 Austrian World Summit.

Earlier this year, production of “Avatar 2” was underway in New Zealand but filming was halted due to a corona virus epidemic. New Zealand was declared free of corona virus in June following which the team was allowed to begin film production with security measures.

James Cameron said, “COVID impressed us like everyone else. Four and a half months of our construction work was wasted. As a result, we had to extend the release time of the film by one and a half years to December 2022. It has already been announced. ” The director said, “So now we are shooting some of the remaining action scenes in New Zealand. About 10 percent of the shooting remains.

“Avatar 2” is 100 percent complete while 95 percent of “Avatar 3″ has been completed. ” “Avatar 2” was earlier scheduled to be released on 17 December 2021 but now it will be released in December 2022.
