Mexico City: The lower house of the Parliament of Mexico has provided all types of physical services provided by parents, caretakers, teachers or parents to children. A law prohibiting punishment is unanimously approved.
The Congress said on Thursday that it is estimated that 63 percent of children between one and 14 years have suffered corporal punishment.
