Advocate Rajiv Dhawan, appearing for Prashant Bhushan before a bench headed by Justice Arun Mishra, said that there are at least ten questions raised by his client, which are of constitutional importance and they should be referred to the Constitution bench needed. Justice BR Gavai and Justice Krishna Murari are also part of the bench. “These are broad issues, which need to be considered in detail,” the bench said. We can take the help of amicus curiae in it and a suitable bench can consider the case. ” In the hearing through video conference, the bench said that the matter has been pending for a long time, it should be listed for hearing before a suitable bench on 10 September. Justice Mishra, who is going to retire on September 2, said time is needed to look into the matter and therefore “hand it over to a suitable bench”.
