Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has reacted sharply to the entry of a US warship into the Black Sea. He instructed the Russian army to increase coastal security and be always ready. Putin is also angry about the US-led military organization NATO’s maneuvers near the Russian border. He has ordered the strengthening of Russia’s defense network in response to NATO military maneuvers. After which the Russian Navy is keeping a close watch on every single movement of the American warship.

Putin said in a meeting with Russian military officials and arms manufacturers that an American warship had entered the Black Sea. We can see it in the binoculars or crosshairs of our defense systems. This warship is currently patrolling international waters. Many warships of America and Britain keep patrolling this area continuously.
Two warships of the US Navy are patrolling
Putin expressed concern over the presence of America’s warship, the name of which is USS Porter. The warship was sent late last week to patrol the Black Sea area. The warship will join the USS Mount Whitney, the flagship of the US Navy’s 6th Fleet, in the Black Sea. After which both the warships will patrol the area together.
US Navy’s Sixth Fleet issued a statement
The US Sixth Fleet said in a statement that their mission will help “further enhance cooperation between US and NATO forces at sea. NATO allies and partners stand together to ensure a safe, stable and secure Black Sea region” Recently, Russia broke off its diplomatic ties with NATO, after which the dispute between Russia and NATO has increased significantly.
How powerful is the USS Porter
America’s USS Porter is an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer. The warship is named after US Navy Commander David Porter and his son, Admiral David Deutsch Porter. The warship was commissioned into the US Navy on 20 March 1999. The 154 meters long and 1-meter wide warship has a top speed of 56 kilometers per hour. This warship can patrol a range of 8100 km at a speed of 37 kmph.
