According to other media reports released today, now the price of domestic LPG gas cylinders has increased by Rs 3.50 per cylinder and that of the commercial cylinder by Rs 8. With this, the price of LPG cylinders in the country has now reached near Rs 1005. Significantly, this increase has come at a time when people are already troubled by the rising prices of petrol and diesel in the country.
Domestic and Commercial Cylinder Price in Delhi and Mumbai
- After increasing the price in Delhi, now the price of domestic LPG cylinder has gone up to Rs 1003 and that of the commercial cylinder to Rs 2354.
- After increasing the price in Mumbai, now the price of a domestic LPG cylinder is Rs 1002 and the price of a commercial cylinder has gone up to Rs 2306.
It is worth noting that earlier this month, the prices of commercial LPG cylinders were hiked once again. On May 1, the price of a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 102.50, after which the price increased to Rs 2355.50. Along with this, the price of a 5 kg LPG commercial cylinder was also increased to Rs 655. At the same time, on May 7, 2022, the price of domestic LPG cylinders increased. During that time 50 percent was increased. Along with this, there has been a tremendous increase in the price of domestic gas cylinders twice in the month of May.
