Mumbai: According to the big news received from Maharashtra, 18 lakh government employees across the state are going on an indefinite strike from today onwards regarding the old pension scheme.

It may be noted that the Action Committee had a meeting with Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday itself, but the meeting could not reach any conclusion then. At the same time, due to this strike employees, the work in hospitals, schools, colleges, semi-administrative offices, and ministries can be affected today.

Significantly, on Monday itself, the farmers’ organization from Nashik had come out on the Mumbai-Agra National Highway to gherao the Ministry of Maharashtra for various demands. It should be informed that these farmers are demanding that the relief amount for onion, cabbage, and cotton damaged due to excessive rains must be given. Along with this, they want a fair price for the crops.
