Indore: Alleged violations of rescue guidelines from Covid-19 during the “Narmada Kalash Yatra” of BJP mobilizing a large number of women in Saver Assembly constituency of Indore district in Madhya Pradesh But three FIRs have been recorded. Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Harinarayanachari Mishra told reporters on Wednesday, “These visits were carried out at different places in the Saver assembly constituency in violation of the restrictive orders of the administration for the prevention of Covid-19 Information has been received. “
He said that on this information, three cases have been registered on Tuesday night under Section 188 (not obeying the order of any government official) of the Indian Penal Law (IPC). Police officials said that out of these two cases have been registered at the Sanwer police station, while an FIR has been registered at Chandravathiganj police station.
He said that in each of the three primaries, two BJP leaders have been accused who had recently organized the controversial Kalash Yatras at different places in Saver assembly constituency. These six accused include former MLA and current District BJP President Rajesh Sonkar.
BJP sources said that the process of Narmada Kalash Yatra of the BJP in 250 villages of Sanwar started from September 4. These trips are due to end on Thursday. In these photographs, hundreds of rural women are seen walking on their heads as Shobha Yatra by placing an urn full of Narmada River water on their head in viral photographs on social media. The women involved in the yatra are also seen dancing in groups at the beat of Dhol.
Sanwar is one of the 27 assembly constituencies in the state where by-elections are due in the coming days. State Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silavat, who is counted among loyal supporters of Rajya Sabha MP Jyotiraditya Scindia, is sure to get BJP ticket in the evening by-election. On the other hand, the candidature of former Lok Sabha MP Premchand Baurasi “Guddu” is being confirmed by the Congress.
