Jabalpur: These days in Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is issuing orders to suspend officers from the stage itself, but an officer of his own government challenged this order of the Chief Minister in the High Court, which has been stayed by the High Court after the hearing. . The matter is related to Chhindwara district. The interesting thing is that Dr. GC Chaurasia, who was posted as CMHO in the Chhindwara district, was suspended from the stage not once but twice by the Chief Minister, but both times GC Chaurasia took adjournment from the High Court.

For the first time on September 22, during a public meeting, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan received a complaint that Ayushman cards were not being made in the district. Angered by this, the CM suspended CMHO GC Chaurasia on 22 September. Dr. Chaurasia challenged the CM’s order in the High Court, after which the High Court stayed the order, but after this, on December 9, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan again suspended the CMHO from the stage during the public service campaign organized in Chhindwara. But the CMHO again challenged the order of the Chief Minister in the High Court.

This process of suspension by the Chief Minister is also not fair. He is being suspended unnecessarily. After listening to the arguments raised during the hearing, the High Court not only quashed the order of the Chief Minister but also canceled the order of the doctor who made the CMHO and again issued an order to make Dr. GC Chaurasia the CMHO. Is. Along with this, the High Court has also issued a notice to the state government seeking its reply.
