The petitioner has termed this process as unreasonable. At the same time, the petitioner also termed this move of the government as unconstitutional. Bhargava said that this move of the government is a violation of Article 164 (4). After which the petition seeks suspension from the post of all the 14 ministers. According to the information, the next hearing on the case will be held on December 14. In this case, notices have been issued to 14 ministers including the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the Speaker of the Assembly and the Election Commission.

In Madhya Pradesh, political parties are trying hard to win all the 28 seats in the by-elections. Under this, the road show of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan took place in Sanwer tehsil last Monday in Indore. Apart from social disturbance, BJP leader Dinesh Bhavsar was found violating masks and other necessary guidelines in this road show. After this, the administration has registered an FIR against Dinesh Bhavsar.

The slippery tongue of the leaders
Leaders’ tongues are also slipping during the by-election campaign in Madhya Pradesh. Former CM and Chairman of Pradesh Congress Committee Kamal Nath called Minister Imarti Devi an item during a meeting. This statement of Kamal Nath was followed by a political earthquake. CM Shivraj and BJP MP Jyotiraditya Scindia condemned Kamal Nath’s statement and observed a 1-hour silent fast. Apart from this, the verbal tensions were also tightened on Kamal Nath. Then finally Kamal Nath gave his explanation on the statement and said that his intention was not to hurt anyone’s feelings.
