Lucknow PGI issued a statement late on Saturday evening saying that the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and former Governor of Rajasthan, Hon’ble Kalyan Singh Ji passed away today after a long illness. On July 4, he was admitted to the ICU of Critical Care Medicine of Sanjay Gandhi PGI in a critical condition. He breathed his last today due to prolonged illness and gradual failure of many parts of the body.
