Alirajpur: A major accident has happened in the Alirajpur district of Madhya Pradesh on Sunday morning, in which about 3 people have died on the spot. At the same time, a total of 25 people, including about 7 children, have been injured, who is undergoing treatment in a nearby hospital, the police administration team has reached the spot and started relief work.

According to the information, on the Khandwa-Baroda State Highway on Sunday morning, a passenger bus fell into the river uncontrollably, with the bus falling into the river, about 3 passengers died, while more than two dozen people on the bus were injured, In which about seven children are involved, on receiving information, the police reached the spot and the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.

According to the information, the Alirajpur-Chhota Udaipur bus has fallen into a drain in the early morning, mostly working-class people were traveling on this bus, the driver of the bus has fled after the accident.

The bus full of passengers fell into the river from the bus culvert near Chandpur village on Khandwa-Baroda State Highway at around 5.45 am on Sunday. The couple and a one-year-old innocent have died in this accident. At the same time, more than 25 people aboard the bus have been injured, it is said that there were about 42 passengers on the bus. Those who have been admitted to the district hospital for treatment.


According to SDOP Shraddha Sonkar, at around 5.45 am on Sunday morning, the bus fell into the Melakhodara river from the culvert due to the driver taking a nap near Chandpur. As soon as the information was received, the team reached the spot. The injured were taken out and sent to the district hospital with the help of an ambulance. According to the police, 42 people were on the bus. In the district hospital, the doctors have declared the husband, wife, and one-year-old child dead.
