In view of this, the government has launched the website of IRCTC in a new avatar today. In the new website, the payment page has been improved earlier, so that it can be easier to choose the payment option. Apart from this, the existing status has been made faster than before. For the saved passenger details, you will get information about the predictive entry and the selected class and train in one click.
IRCTC’s new website will also provide facility for booking food, retiring rooms and hotel booking. These facilities can also be booked with tickets. In this way, passengers will be able to get one stop solution.

While launching the new website, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said, ‘I am happy to launch this facility on the last day of the year. I thank all the employees of Indian Railways for making this possible in this challenging phase. He said, “Indian railway employees have shown tremendous patience for services even in the face of the challenge of the Kovid-19 epidemic. I am saying this with great pride that none of the railway employees have back down from doing more work. They are constantly working hard, so that all the stakeholders of the economy and railways do not have to be disturbed.
Goyal said that IRCTC should prepare to create a new website. This will be the best website in the world.
Railway Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer VK Yadav emphasized that the convenience of easy navigation is very important to the users. Keeping this in mind, this time the website of IRCTC has been changed.
