Kyiv: 32 days have passed since the Russia-Ukraine War started between Ukraine and Russia. Monday is the 33rd day of the war. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he is ready to guarantee Russia’s security, remain neutral, and declare itself a nuclear-free state. This is the most important point for the ongoing war between the two countries.

In Istanbul, Turkey, representatives of both countries will once again sit face to face and talk. But before these talks, President Zelensky has been told in clear words that he is not going to bow down to Putin’s unreasonable demands. Before these talks, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that if Russia talks about demilitarization and demilitarization, then we will not even sit at the negotiating table. These things are beyond our comprehension.

So far, peace talks have been held between Russia and Ukraine on 28 February, 1 March, and 7 March, but the path of reconciliation has not been found. Ahead of Monday’s meeting, Turkish President Taipei Erdogan has said that the two countries have agreed on 4 out of 6 points, including the condition of Ukraine not joining NATO.

Claims of biological weapons rejected
Russia has also accused Ukraine of trying to acquire nuclear and biological weapons. Zelensky rejected it. He said- ‘This is a joke, we do not have nuclear weapons. We don’t have biological laboratories and chemical weapons. Ukraine does not have these things.

From Zelensky’s statements, it also seemed that the Ukrainian army is now being demoralized by Russian attacks, there is a shortage of weapons and no army can compete with the enemy without weapons. Recently, the President said that Ukraine cannot counter Russia’s missiles with shotguns and machine guns. Without tanks, armored vehicles, and especially jets, it is no longer possible to save Mariupol.

This includes Ukraine not joining NATO, the use of the Russian language in Ukraine, disarmament, and security guarantees. However, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleba said that “no agreement” has been reached with Russia on key points. These issues have been discussed in several rounds of talks between the two countries.
