New Delhi: Bharat Ratna Ratan Tata, the stalwart of Indian industry and Chairman Emeritus of the Tata Group has been conferred with Australia’s highest civilian award. Australia’s Ambassador to India, Barry O’Farrell tweeted about this. He has said in a tweet that Ratan Tata has been awarded the Order of Australia. Australian Ambassador Barry Farrell said in his tweet that Ratan Tata has contributed to Australia as well as India and he is a great entrepreneur. He is delighted to confer the Order of Australia (AO) on Ratan Tata in recognition of his long-standing. Tata tweeted that he is delighted to be awarded the Order of Australia for his long-standing commitment to the relationship between Australia and India.
