Islamabad: Pakistan’s anti-terrorism court has sentenced Lashkar-e-Taiba and the main accused in Mumbai attacks Hafiz Saeed to 31 years in jail. The court has awarded this sentence on two counts of terrorism. According to Pakistan media, along with this, the court has also ordered to confiscate of all the properties of Hafiz.

Earlier in February 2020, Hafiz Saeed was convicted by the court in the terror-financing case. The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Pakistan had sentenced Hafiz Saeed to five and a half years in two separate cases. Apart from this, the court had also imposed a fine of 15 thousand Pakistani rupees on Saeed in both cases.
