New Delhi: According to the news coming from Britain, the coronation of King Charles III will now take place next year. For this, the date of 6 May 2023 has also been fixed. Also, its royal ceremony will be held at Westminster Abbey.

Buckingham Palace has given information about this today. At the same time, a tweet from the Royal Family said that “King Charles III will be coronated on Saturday 6 May 2023 at Westminster Abbey.”

It has also been learned that in this special ceremony, the Queen Consort i.e. his wife Camilla will also be crowned along with King Charles III. Be aware that before this, the late Queen Elizabeth also had to wait about 16 months for her coronation. In fact, she became queen after the death of her father in February 1952 but was officially crowned in June 1953.
