Washington: The news of indiscriminate firing has come to the fore in California, USA. The shootings took place at gurdwaras located in Stockton, Sacramento, and other places. In this case, the police conducted its search operation at 20 places in Northern California and arrested 17 accused. AK-47, machine gun, and handcuffs have been recovered from the miscreants. The Attorney General of the state has given this information on Monday.

According to the PTI report, most of the arrested miscreants were members of the local Sikh community, while two mafias were from India. The arrested men are part of a rival criminal gang and have been allegedly involved in several violent incidents and shootings, including five counts of attempted murder, in Sutter, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Yolo, and Merced counties. Members of these groups were involved in the August 27 mass shooting at the Stockton gurdwara last year and March 23, 2023, shooting at the Sacramento gurdwara. In this whole case, Sutter County District Attorney General Jennifer Dupre said, ‘We need a lot of time and effort to investigate.’
