Washington: Newly elected President of the United States Joe Biden said that Dr. Anthony Fauchi will be the Chief Medical Advisor and will be a member of his Covid-19 Consulting Team. Biden made the remarks in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper on Thursday.
Biden said he had spoken to Fauchi about the need to “stop economic activity” in order to create a climate of trust in any vaccine for Covid-19 and to deal with the virus. Biden said he would be “happy” to introduce the vaccine in public to prove it is safe.
