Beijing: China is refraining from speaking anything clearly on the Russia-Ukraine crisis. On the one hand, he is supporting Russia, referring to ‘security’ and the threat of NATO, and on the other, referring to Ukraine, singing songs of defense of independence and sovereignty. In such a situation, there is a doubt on whose side he is on. But now the Chinese media has exposed its country by mistake. Why is China doing this, the reason behind this is nothing but Taiwan.

Indeed, a Chinese news outlet has accidentally leaked its own censorship directives on Russia-Ukraine coverage. This has been claimed in a report. Due to this, the cunning of China has come to the fore. It showed that the Chinese media is instructed to “maintain emotional and moral support with Russia without offending the US and China.” It also revealed the intention to occupy Taiwan. The instructions said, ‘Keep in mind that in the future, China will need Russia to confront the US on the Taiwan issue.’

The Horizon News website of the Chinese Communist Party’s Beijing News accidentally leaked these instructions through a social media post. This post has been done on Tuesday on China’s Twitter-like platform Weibo. However, the post was later deleted. This information has come to the fore in a report by The Washington Post.

Let us tell you that China has strengthened its relationship with Russia in recent years and the two countries have also become increasingly active economic partners. According to the Carnegie Moscow Center think tank, trade between China and Russia has grown from $10.7 billion in 2004 to $140 billion by 2021.

China has completely throttled the freedom of the press. Here news outlets cannot function without government intervention. Talking about Taiwan, it was politically separated from the main Chinese territory in 1949 after a civil war. It has only 15 formal diplomatic allies but maintains informal relations with all major countries, including the US and Japan, through its trade offices. China refuses to recognize this sovereign country. He says that he will include Taiwan in his share.
