Beijing: China did not give any deadline on Tuesday and all the students of Covid-19, including thousands of Indian students and foreign students studying in Universities of China, are vaccinated. His stand on returning from his countries after following the protocol remains unclear. Thousands of international students from India and other countries studying in Chinese universities have not been able to return to China since March last year due to traffic restrictions caused by the outbreak of the Corona Virus epidemic.

In an open letter on Facebook in January, the students appealed to the Chinese government to remove the travel ban and allow them to return to study. He said that they would follow all protocols of Covid-19, including conducting necessary investigations and following separate habitat procedures.

More than 4.40 lakh foreign students from many parts of the world study in China. There are also about 25,000 Indian students among them. Most of these students are studying for a doctorate in various Chinese medical colleges. China is constantly advising students to do online classes, citing restrictions related to Covid-19. However, students say that most of them are studying science subjects and they need to go to labs.

When asked about this during a media briefing on Tuesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said that China’s Covid-19 international health certificate issued on Monday was applicable only to the people of China.
