New Delhi: Aviation company Vistara’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Deepak Rajawat has said that the airline will serve various regional dishes like Narkel Bora Malai Curry and healthy food like Grik Salad to passengers on flights with a flight time of more than 90 minutes.
The airline is striving to offer healthier catering options on the menu, including non-processed foods, superfoods, and a variety of protein-rich salads. Rajawat said, “Apart from the favorite food items of the passengers in the menu, we are also giving them healthy food options for the last two to three months.”
Apart from this, fresh juices of different types of fruits are also being made available to the passengers, he added. Rajawat said that Vistara has also started offering regional dishes from May 1. “These are currently being offered in the business class, on flights with a travel duration of 90 minutes or more,” he said.
