Flipkart and Amazon

The recent sale of Flipkart and Amazon (Flipkart) has seen strong sales of Chinese smartphones and other electronics brands. After the India-China border dispute, the boycott of China goods and demand for shopping for country goods had arisen vigorously, but online offers attracted the customers so much that they forgot the slogan of self-reliance and shopped vigorously for Chinese goods. Although there was tension among the Chinese companies after the slogan of self-sufficiency, in contrast their sales in online sales have increased by double digits.

Amazon India said that the recently launched OnePlus Nord smartphone has been the best selling smartphone in the Amazon Prime Day Sale, which took place from 6 to 7 August. At the same time, Realme India spokesperson said that sales have increased strongly in a period of two days. The total business value of this sale is expected to be around Rs 400 crore. The company’s wired earphones were the best-selling product. Apart from this, products from Work from Home have also been purchased by Indians in large scale.

On the other hand, thousands of models of four phones of Xiaomi were sold. This sale was completed in a few seconds. According to the news published in Maharashtra Times, Manu Kumar Jain, managing director of Xiaomi India has given this information by tweeting.

Many phones from Chinese brands have been out of stock in this sale. Apart from this, the company says that offline sales figures have also increased. However, according to Counterpoint Research, the share of Chinese smartphone companies in the Indian market was 81 percent during January-March, which has come down to 72 percent.
