Mumbai: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra has been taken into custody by the Mumbai Police Crime Branch a few days ago in a pornography case. After which Shilpa Shetty is in the headlines. Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty has filed a defamation suit in the Bombay High Court against 29 media persons and media houses for “falsely reporting and maligning their image” in a pornography case. Along with this, a compensation of Rs 25 crore has been demanded.

It is to be known that Raj Kundra is in the custody of the Mumbai Crime Branch since July 19. He has been accused of making obscene films and broadcasting them through the app. After the hearing on July 27, the court has sent Raj Kundra to judicial custody for 14 days. Raj Kundra had filed a bail application in the court, which was rejected by the court.

In her petition, Shilpa has also asked for an unconditional apology from some media houses, deletion of all false and derogatory content, and a compensation of Rs 25 crore. There will be a hearing in this matter.
