Dehradun: Saint Kapil Dev of Nirvani Akhara, who came to participate in the ongoing Kumbh in Haridwar, died on Thursday. Kapil Dev was corona positive and admitted to Kailash Hospital in Dehradun. Earlier today, there were reports of 100 pilgrims joining the Haridwar Mahakumbh and 20 saints being corona positive, which shocked the administration.
