Rajkummar Rao, Varun Sharma, and Jahnvi Kapoor’s film ‘Roohi’ has been released in cinemas today, March 11. Along with the trailer of this film, the makers had described it as a sequel to ‘Horror World’ which started with ‘Stree’, so the expectations from this film increase a lot. The horror-comedy genre has not been explored much in Bollywood but you have seen many films of this style after Stree. Director Hardik Mehta has made a great effort in this genre of horror-comedy as ‘Ruhi’.

Story: The story begins in the small town of Bagadpur where two boys named Bhavra (Rajkumar Rao) and Kattani (Varun Sharma) live. In this city, ‘Pakdai Byaah’ (kidnapping the bride and forcing the marriage) is practiced and these two boys are also such thugs who work to lead the brides. The turning point in the story comes when these people kidnap a girl named Ruhi (Jahnavi Kapoor). Inside the soul is a soul whose name is Afza. While Bhavra falls in love with Ruhi, Kattani’s heart falls on Afza. Now you have to go to the cinemas to know what happens next in this story and what is the suspense.

Ruhi is a fun entertaining film, in which you will get to see a tremendous dose of entertainment. The comic timing of both Rajkumar Rao and Varun Sharma is amazing and in this favorite style of his, he has looked very comfortable and funny. Both of these fun punchlines will make you laugh. The treatment of the film is amazing and congratulations to director Hardik Mehta for it. The first half of the film is a lot of fun with many one-liners that will make you hold your stomach and laugh.

Take a look at some of the things in the film that you may not like because many things like superstition are shown in this film. But in a horror-comedy genre, this film fits perfectly and will not let you out of the cinemas in despair. From Varun Sharma’s body language to his comic-timing in the film, there is a lot that will win your heart. In many places you may even remember the chick with ‘Fukre’
