New Delhi: The much-awaited book by Priyanka Chopra Jonas, “Unfinished” by actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, will be published on 19 January 2021. Publisher Penguin Random House India announced this on Friday. With this book by Priyanka, readers will be able to read about her childhood in India and her teenage days in America when she faced racism.
Apart from this, the book has details about the entire journey from winning Miss India and Miss World on returning to India to unfurling in Indian film industry.
Priyanka said that in her personality, the influence of traditional and modern India and the culture of East and West can be seen. Priyanka tweeted, “… that way you will know how I grew up in the midst of all this.” Priyanka is currently shooting for ‘The Matrix 4’ alongside Keanu Reeves.
“I am a product of traditional India and its ancient wisdom, and modern India and its urban bustle. My upbringing was always an amalgamation of the two Indians, and, just as much, of East and West,” Priyanka said. Priyanka’s another project with Amazon is a film about Ma Anand Sheela, the assistant to guru Bhagwan Rajneesh (also known as Osho). The actor will be producing the movie which is based on Netflix docu-series “Wild Wild Country”. Besides her association with Amazon, the actor will also be seen in two Netflix projects — superhero movie “We Can Be Heroes” and “The White Tiger”, opposite Rajkummar Rao.
She is currently shooting for Keanu Reeves-starrer “The Matrix 4”.
