Mumbai: Taking action in the Bulli Bai case, the Cyber ​​Cell of Mumbai Police has arrested a 21-year-old youth, including a woman. While the woman has been arrested from Uttarakhand, the youth has been detained from Bangalore. The accused youth has been identified as Prashant Kumar, he is studying engineering in Bangalore. The police brought the accused youth to Mumbai and produced him in the district court of Bandra, where the court has sent him to judicial custody till January 10.

Giving information on this matter, the police said, “The 21-year-old man arrested by the Mumbai Police Cyber ​​Cell has been identified as Vishal Kumar. The main accused in the case is a woman detained from Uttarakhand. Both the accused know each other.”

Police further said, “The main accused woman was handling three accounts linked to the ‘Bully Bai’ app. Co-accused Vishal Kumar opened the account in the name of Khalsa supremacist. On 31 December, he changed the names of other accounts to resemble Sikh names. Fake Khalsa account holders were shown.

Advocate D. Prajapati, the lawyer of Vishal Kumar, accused in the ‘Bully Bye’ app case, while talking to the media said, “My client has been sent to police custody till January 10. My client has been falsely implicated in this case. The police had filed an application to get a search warrant.”
