Addressing the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Modi said, “When India strengthens the partnership of development, there is no thought of forcing any fellow country behind it. We never lag behind in sharing experiences from our development journey. This time the meeting of the United Nations General Assembly is taking place mainly through digital medium. In the wake of the corona virus epidemic, most of the world leaders did not consider it appropriate to reach New York.

The Prime Minister said, “We never lag behind in sharing the experiences we have received from our development journey.” Modi said on this occasion that India took the initiative of International Non-Violence Day on October 2 and International Yoga Day on June 21. Not only this, India also initiated the disaster and efforts related to the International Solar Alliance. He said that today India is running a campaign to deliver drinking water from pipes to 150 million homes in its villages. A few days ago, India has started a very big plan to connect its 6 lakh villages with broadband optical fiber.

PM Modi said that in view of the changed circumstances of the post-Corona epidemic, we are moving ahead with the vision of self-reliant India. A self-reliant India will also benefit the global economy. Today, as the world’s largest vaccine producing country, I want to give one more assurance to the global community. India’s Vaccine Production and Vaccine Delivery capability will serve to lift the entire humanity out of this crisis.
