NCB raids Deepika Padukone’s manager Karisma’s house, found drugs, summons issued for questioning

Mumbai: Actress Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash’s house has been raided by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). There are reports of drugs being found in this raid from Karisma’s house. The NCB has now summoned Karisma once again and called for questioning. NCB has questioned Karisma twice before. Karisma was once questioned in front of Deepika Padukone.

According to sources, Karisma was not found at his house. They are currently being traced. In fact, the NCB has posted a summons on the door of Karisma’s house. According to the sources, the NCB had arrested a man named Joshua with drugs, during whose interrogation Karisma’s name came to the fore. After this, NCB wanted to interrogate Karisma but she was not found at home after which her house was searched and some quantity of drugs was found from there.

Deepika-Karisma’s chat came to light
During the investigation of the Sushant Singh Rajput drugs case, some chats between Deepika and Karisma came to the notice of NCB. The conversation between Deepika and Karisma took place on October 28, 2017. Deepika used words like ‘hash’ and ‘weed’ in this chat. However, in the NCB’s interrogation, Deepika and Karisma had described it as mere code words and allegedly said that they used it for different types of cigarettes. Karisma was also questioned by the NCB during the interrogation of Deepika. Earlier, Karisma was questioned once again by the NCB.
