Kapil Dev congratulated the fans on Diwali and told them- how is their heart?

New Delhi: Former Indian cricketer Kapil Dev is fully fit and he wished the fans a happy Diwali and said that his heart is working properly. Just last month, Kapil Dev had to undergo angioplasty due to a heart attack. He was admitted to the hospital on October 23.

He shared a video on social media congratulating everyone on Diwali and said that I hope this year will bring a lot of happiness in everyone’s life. Thanks for all the good wishes. I am healthy and happy. The heart is working right, but I wish everyone around the world a lot of happiness.

On Thursday, Kapil Dev was seen playing golf with friends. He also shared a video of himself playing golf on social media. In fact, Kapil, who lives in Sundar Nagar, Delhi, was taken to the emergency department of Fortis Escorts Heart Institute in Okhla sometime back after complaining of chest pain. The hospital in its initial statement had only mentioned chest pain, but then said that Kapil Dev had suffered a heart attack. They were examined and emergency coronary angioplasty was performed.

Explain that he is the only player in the history of cricket to have taken more than 400 (434) wickets and scored more than 5000 runs in Test matches. He has also been the national coach of India between 1999 and 2000. Kapil was inducted into the International Cricket Council Hall of Fame in 2010. Kapil, popularly known as ‘Haryana Hurricane’, is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Territorial Army.
